Operation Bootstrap is a community based organization whose work expands opportunities and support for low income residents by providing basic skills training in order to improve the quality of their lives and enable them to participate more fully in further education and the economic mainstream.

Potential donors can click on our Invest in Operation Bootstrap. You will find information about the various funding vehicles that are available as well as our program needs for the coming year.
