Operation Bootstrap is the Lynn Center for Adult Learners. a community-based, non-profit corporation located in Lynn, Massachusetts.  Our mission is to address the educational needs of adults in the Greater Lynn area, by providing high-quality services. The vision of Operation Bootstrap is to empower individuals to lead productive lives by increasing literacy and life skills.  We encourage life-long learning and quality of life through integrated, relevant curriculum.  Operation Bootstraps''s values are:  respect, inclusion, diversity and excellence in service.
